Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Raj Collection handles information when you browse the website, create an account, choose Google sign-in, place an order, save an item, request a back-in-stock alert, contact the team, or submit a product review.

Information collected

Depending on how you use the website, Raj Collection may collect your name, phone number, email address, billing and delivery address, account details, information supplied through your chosen sign-in method, order and payment-status information, support messages, saved-product information, back-in-stock requests, and product-review text, ratings, photos or videos.

Complete card, UPI or banking credentials are handled by the enabled payment provider and are not stored by Raj Collection as complete payment credentials. Raj Collection may receive the payment status and transaction reference needed to process an order.

Account sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies the account information needed to create or access your Raj Collection account, such as your name and email address. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

Browsing, cookies and saved preferences

The website and WooCommerce use necessary cookies or similar browser storage to keep the Bag and checkout working, maintain a signed-in session, remember wishlist items and recently viewed products, apply saved display preferences, help prevent misuse, and show relevant recently viewed or similar products. For a signed-in customer, some saved-product information may also be connected to the customer account.

This information is used for the website experience and is not used by Raj Collection for third-party advertising.

Website activity and marketing notifications

Raj Collection may record limited shopping activity when a product is added to the Bag, saved to a Wishlist or purchased. This activity is used to operate and improve the website, understand product interest, and display recent activity notifications across the storefront.

When a signed-in customer creates one of these activities, a public notification may show only the customer’s first name and surname initial. A guest is shown as “A shopper”. Email addresses, mobile numbers, complete surnames, delivery addresses and payment details are not displayed in activity notifications.

The website may also show clearly labelled “Demo Activity” during development, owner training or client demonstrations. Demo names and locations are generated examples and do not identify real customers. Notifications created from actual website actions are separately labelled “Live Activity”. The short public activity feed is limited to recent events; the related account and order records follow the other retention terms in this policy.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, maintain accounts, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send requested service emails, manage back-in-stock alerts, moderate and publish reviews, improve product discovery, prevent misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Back-in-stock alerts

When you request an alert, the website stores your email address with the selected product. It is used to send one availability email when that product returns to stock. The address is removed from that product’s alert list after the notification is sent successfully. You may ask Raj Collection to remove a pending alert before it is sent.

Reviews, photos and videos

Customer reviews are accepted through a private purchase-linked form or may be managed by an administrator. A submitted review may include the customer name, order-linked email address, rating, title, review text, photos or a video. Customer submissions and media are held for moderation. If approved, the customer name, review date, rating, review text and approved media may appear publicly on the relevant product page. The customer email address and order details are not displayed as part of the public review.

Do not submit private, unlawful or third-party material. You may ask Raj Collection to review or remove content you submitted.

Service providers and sharing

Raj Collection may share only the information needed to provide a requested service with website hosting and security providers, email-delivery providers, sign-in or identity providers, the enabled payment provider, and courier or delivery partners. Raj Collection does not sell personal information.

Maps, fonts, social media and WhatsApp

The Contact page displays Google Maps, and the website loads Google Fonts and icon files supplied through a content-delivery service. The website also links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. When these resources load, or when you open or use a third-party link, the relevant provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, device details and the page requested. Information you send through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps or another third-party service is also handled under that provider’s own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Order and account information is kept for as long as needed for order support, business records and applicable obligations. Review information is kept while the review is pending or published, unless removal is requested and permitted. Back-in-stock information is handled as described above. Browser storage remains until it expires or is cleared, and account-based saved information remains until it is removed or the account is deleted where eligible.

Raj Collection uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information; removal of a pending back-in-stock alert; or review or removal of content you submitted. Some order or transaction records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business records or applicable obligations.
