Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you browse rajcollection.in, create or use an account, contact Raj Collection through the website, submit content, or place an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Replacement Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law. A minor may use the website or place an order only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

Orders, payment and acceptance

All website orders require online payment. Cash on delivery is not available. Placing an order or receiving an automated payment message does not by itself mean that Raj Collection has accepted the order. Acceptance occurs after payment is successfully recorded and the order is confirmed for fulfilment.

Raj Collection may contact you, place an order on hold, or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, order or address details are incomplete, an apparent pricing or listing error has occurred, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or the order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled.

If Raj Collection cancels a paid order because it cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be initiated to the original payment method. Bank and payment-gateway processing times may apply.

Products, colours and availability

Raj Collection makes reasonable efforts to keep product names, descriptions, images, options, availability, prices and other information accurate. Photography, lighting and screen settings may cause small colour differences. Natural weaving, dye, print, thread or texture variations apply only where a product is described as handmade, handloom or naturally variable.

Availability can change before an order is confirmed. Product-specific information on the relevant product page forms part of these terms for that item. If a material listing error affects an order, Raj Collection will contact you with the available resolution.

Prices, taxes and payment status

The customer-facing item price and order total shown at checkout apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious display or data-entry error before acceptance. Taxes included or charged will be shown as applicable. The payment gateway shown at checkout processes payment credentials; Raj Collection does not store full card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

If a payment fails, times out or remains pending, check your order status and bank or UPI application before trying again. If money is debited without a confirmed order, contact Raj Collection with the transaction reference so it can be checked against the gateway record.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all website orders delivered within India. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment confirmation, order processing, courier operations, public holidays, weather, service restrictions, or incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

You are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number and for checking the parcel promptly after delivery. Tracking information will be shared when available. International orders require separate confirmation and customer-paid courier charges.

Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for providing current, accurate and complete information and for protecting your account credentials and access to your phone or email. Tell Raj Collection promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. Raj Collection may suspend or restrict an account where necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, comply with law or secure the website.

Acceptable website use

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy substantial content through automated means; impersonate another person; place sham orders; or misuse payment, review, wishlist, account or support features.

Raj Collection may take proportionate steps to prevent or investigate misuse, including cancelling affected transactions, restricting access, preserving relevant records, and cooperating with lawful requests.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, image or video, you confirm that it is truthful, relates to your experience, does not violate another person’s rights, and is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or promotional spam. Submissions may be moderated before publication.

You permit Raj Collection to display, reproduce and format approved content for the relevant product and Raj Collection’s owned channels, with attribution where appropriate. You retain ownership of your original content and may ask Raj Collection to review or remove it, subject to lawful record-keeping needs.

Intellectual property

The Raj Collection name, website design, photographs, graphics, copy, software and other original website material are owned by or licensed to Raj Collection and are protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping are permitted. No broader licence is granted without written permission.

Third-party services and links

Payment, courier, maps, social-media, messaging, email, hosting and technical providers may support parts of the website or order journey. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Raj Collection is not responsible for an independent third party’s systems or content, but this does not remove Raj Collection’s responsibility for its own obligations under applicable law.

Privacy and electronic communication

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection law. By using the website or placing an order, you agree that transaction records, confirmations, invoices, notices and support communications may be provided electronically to the contact details you supply.

Website availability and responsibility

Raj Collection works to keep the website accurate, secure and available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network issues, cyber incidents, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control may interrupt service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited.

Misuse, force majeure and severability

You are responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent transaction, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. Raj Collection is not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance.

If one part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver of that term.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer’s right to approach the competent Consumer Commission or other authority, courts with jurisdiction in Sangli, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact Raj Collection first so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved promptly.
